A problem in my life
Do you get around to see the film , which focuses on the school violence? I certainly do. Nowadays, violent incidents take place at times and have extended to schoolyards which have aroused great public concern and a wealth of discussions. For example, in 24th October, a secondary student who is just 15 years old, used a brick to hit his teacher in head insanely, just for his teacher’s criticism. How critical the solution is!
The reasons for school violence are various. Firstly, the lack of family education should take the majority responsibility for this.An array of school violences take place in the provincial countrysides, where young parents tend to leave for industrialized areas for livelihood, and the leftover children are nurtured by their grandparents. That’s why a wealthy of children were spoiled and they are usually failed to control their temperature. Compared with those be well educated,they are more likely to bully others.
In addition,another contributing indicator is that nowadays students are facing so much pressure in study and life that they have little time and energy to care about their mental healthy. As a result, they tend to deal with problems in a simple and violent way. That’s why our university pays high attention to the psychological states of students.
It appears to me that all society should strive for pretending the recurrence of school violence.To solve the problems, effective measures should be taken immediately to keep students far away from violence in schoolyards. For one thing, government should take responsibility for perfect the policy and legislation. Policemen should be asked to punish the perpetrator according to laws, Education Bureau ought to take care of the mental health of children and educate students how to relieve the pressure they are facing.For another, we should combine forces with families, schools, and the society to fight against the school violence, it will be meaningful to enlighten

摘要:党的十九大明确提出,要重视新一代青年的建设性作用。近年来,“校园霸凌”事件的频发越来越受到国家层面的重视,并引发了社会各界的多种讨论。当前,中国特色社会主义现代化建设正处于一个新的转型期,诸多的法律漏洞、教育体制缺陷以及社会不良亚文化使“校园霸凌”在这一特殊时期不断地滋生恶化。总结起来,“校园霸凌”的本质就是“霸凌”,它不单纯是简单的越轨行为,有的更是违法犯罪行为。若任其发展,只会毁掉更多新一代先进青年。文章将对“校园霸凌”这一问题进行综合性探索,分析这一乱象的成因以及危害,探究解决这一乱象的现实困境,并从法律、道德、监督机制等维度,提供具有建议性的应对策略。

摘 要:校园霸凌是发生在校园中学生间权力不平等的长期的欺凌与压迫,导致学生身心的严重伤害。霸凌行为是不同于校园暴力行为的青少年的偏差行为,青少年间出现霸凌行为有青少年自身心理的原因,也有家庭、学校的原因,我们要从政府、学校、家庭、社会层面共同努力预防和应对校园霸凌行为。

一、霸凌行为概述
霸凌,是指人与人之间权力不平等的欺凌与压迫,它一直长期存在于社会中,包括肢体或言语的攻击、人际互动中的抗拒及排挤,也有可能是类似性骚扰般的谈论性或对身体部位的嘲讽、评论或讥笑。霸凌的主要方式有肢体性霸凌、言语霸凌、性霸凌、关系霸凌、网络霸凌等,通过毁坏或夺取被霸凌者的财物、孤立或无视被霸凌者、恶语相加、推推搡搡或重度拳打脚踢等方式对被霸凌者造成在生理上、心理上、物理上的伤害。霸凌的特点是手段的多样性、对象的固定性和行为的反复性。这种霸凌者和协助者形成的霸凌氛围,在旁观者的莫名助长下,使得被霸凌者成为一个霸凌的固定对象而受到长期的侵害。根据台湾学者关于学生烦恼的调查,发现校园里面学生的烦恼大多是被人排挤了、被人嘲笑了、取难听的绰号了,甚至是被人围殴了……这些行为都是校园霸凌的表现。作为一种现象级事件,校园霸凌不同程度地存在于世界范围内,成为了孩子成长中不可忽视的问题。
校园霸凌伴随我国对暴力、冷暴力的研究而逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。同时,霸凌问题也伴随着新媒体时代所带来的各种欺凌、自杀事件的发生而成为社会问题之一。霸凌者和被霸凌者都可能会成为暴力行为者或犯罪潜在分子,所以这也是犯罪学应予以关注的问题。
霸凌现象带给在校青少年的不仅是身体和心理上的摧残,给成长带来阴影,而且这种心理创伤是不可逆的。这种危害不仅仅止于被霸凌者,霸凌者和协助者、旁观者也会卷入恶性循环。霸凌者会因为霸凌行为的得逞,逐渐强化自己的霸凌行为,并在价值观上形成错误的认知,即认为自己的这种行为没有过错,很好玩、很刺激;协助者和旁观者则主要是受到霸凌者的权力与地位优势的影响对其霸凌纵容,从而形成懦弱、依赖等性格特点;旁观者则会在自己没有揭发霸凌恶行的事情中产生长期的愧疚感和抑郁感。
