大学生就业现状2017年大学生就业形势分析现如今,大学生找工作已经成为社会上的巨大难题,越来越多的大学生无法就业,无法找到理想的与专业对口的工作。每年都有大量的本科生由高校输往社会,那么,这么多本科生能否顺利就业,这成为我国现在社会急需解决的问题。高知识型人才与高技能型人才的不对等,数量差距,与其需求量之间的问题,成为我国当前社会必须解决的问题。

摘要:随着持续几年的高校扩招,在校大学生急剧增多,大学生就业问题渐渐成为社会所关注的问题之一。据有关部门统计,国家教育部44所直属高校2001年、2002年和2003年的一次就业率分别为82%、86%、50%,这些数据表明,在毕业之时,还有相当一部分高校学生由于种种原因工作没有着落。虽然中国加入WTO以及持续增长的GDP将会带来更多的就业机会,但就现阶段而言,就业市场尚未完善与成熟,国家的就业机制尚未健全,大学生就业仍然是一个值得关注的社会问题。”
