项目背景
随着经济的快速发展，人们生活水平的逐渐提高，越来越多的车辆开进了马路导致城市交通堵塞情况。交通堵塞是一个必须重视的严峻的社会民生问题。
司机，上班人员以及上学坐车的同学常常受到堵车的困扰。准备满怀高兴去上学，结果被半个小时的堵车弄得一塌糊涂。因此，我希望能够结合自己的学习和生活，对交通堵塞的问题进行了一个调查，提出一些建议。
调查思路
我想对以下线路进行调查：公交车站—二十七中—维多利商场—火车站—内蒙古大学本部。
调查方法
在调查中，我采用了自编问卷调查确定交通堵塞问题的基本研究方向，然后根据自己确定的研究方向进行实地调查。
调查结果及分析
堵车主要地点，时间及堵车状况描述：（1）二十七中，中午12点左右和晚上5:30左右学生下课走人行道，各种汽车无法前行。（2）维多利商场，周一到周五不算太堵，周六，周日维多利商城，还有它附近的满达，宝马等挑选衣服的商场吸引了很多年轻人，因此维多利商场那一带早上10：00点开始到下午7：00点公交车和私家车多的像一条巨龙布满整条商业街。（3）公交车站—出租车的乱停乱放造成堵车的原因。公交法例规定，公交车站前后10米是不能停靠出租车的，而现在出租车是多拉快跑，看到车站有客人，什么都不管直接停在公交车站，造成大型的公交车不能进站。（4）火车站—我觉得火车站附近每时每刻都在堵车，去送站和接站的公共汽车和私家车严重造成长时间的堵车。（5）内大本区有段时期南门修路的时候，造成的堵车现象。
分析：
（1）维多利一带整条商业街吸引了许多女性。游乐场所，麦当劳是很多小孩们的最爱，因此，车流量较多，容易造成堵车。
（2）上下学造成堵车高峰期，学生们来往较多。上下学的堵车现象在周一到周五比较严重，而那些商场，游乐场所还有各大饭店的那几条街是周六，日比较严重。
调查结论及建议
1.希望放学回家的学生要有序上车，不要拥挤，灵活一点，不要一头树上撞死，实在不行再等一辆车。
2.加强运营管理。
3.尽量减少私家车，提倡坐公共汽车。(我跟一位私家车司机谈话时听到：“在再贵的车又能怎么样，还不一样堵车。”)
4.增强公众交通意识。
5.希望交警能有效制止“中国式”过马路的人群。
6.也不能少了法制管理，应进行积极地正面引导宣传。
7.还有就是交通部门修道路时应在学生放假期间尽快实施，不要到学生开学就开始修学校附近 的道路。
8.望一些私家车记住右边行驶，不要横穿马路中间，堵住后面的车辆。
9.短的时间里改善堵车问题是不可能的，在这改善这段期间，交通部门应给那些赶时间的人们提供免费的自行车。
10.对于那些过“中国式”马路的人们和部分出租车司机，我们应要求他们提高道德素质。
11.加大政府的财政投入，扩大完善交通网络，增加道路的长度和质量。也应设立专门的公交车道，特别是借鉴上海的做法。马路上划分公交车专门车道，其他车辆在公交车行驶时，不能挤公交车道。
